In October 2019, I left this hotel on the thought I would never return. But for my short January trip, I decided to give the hotel a try again. Who would’ve known, I’d be greeted with a pleasant surprise and a trip to remember.
Hotel was spacious and pleasant to stay.Nice view from the main tower.Staffs were friendly and approachable.It was convenient as hotel near to shopping malls, eating place.Hotel provide a shuttle bus to the malls and BTS was a great help for the travellers.

I have visited Bangkok once a year for the last 5 years without fail.
Throughout my journey, I only stayed in Berkeley Hotel and it is definitely perfect for family trip looking for food and shopping
It was nice that hotel upgraded us to luxury rooms. Rooms is very spacious and managed to arrange our 2 rooms side by side. Breakfast wasn’t that great, maybe our expectations are higher. Other than that all the rest are okay. Location is very convenient to get to the BTS and shopping malls as well as the night market
Lovely hotel I stayed in main tower huge bath tub huge room nice pool area cocktails were good in pool bar thou a little pricey hotel is surrounded by nite markets. location is good close to airport train and main shopping areas lots of massage places and spas hotel was very clean staff friendly no complaints can’t comment on the food I would return to this hotel. It ticks many boxes location nice rooms nice facilities good pool area good shopping area close to sky train
Perfekt läge 10 min till skytrain som tog oss till flygplatsen på 20 min , trevlig personal , rent och fräscht . Marknad precis bredvid med musik och matgata , poolen ren och fräsch ! inget att klaga på

This is the 2nd time I booked this hotel for the 4 nights accommodation. Was offered complimentary upgrade of room this time round due to closure of North Tower for Premier triple room.
Very good location, just opposite platinum mall. Easy access to all eatery place, central world, neon night market, big c supermarket etc. if you are going for a shopping holiday, this is the right hotel for your choice.
Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2Kinder) waren für 3 Nächte zu Gast in diesem wirklich gelungenem Hotel.
Check in super schnell. Auf Nachfrage wurde ein Babybett in kürzester Zeit bereitgestellt. Personal war sehr kinderfreundlich. Frühstück prima (große Auswahl, viel Platz und Kinderspielecke), Zimmer sehr sauber und geräumig. Am Abend findet man direkt vor dem Hotel zwei schöne Nachtmärkte. Die beiden Poolanlagen sind schön angelegt, gut für eine Erfrischung.
