The gigantic venue is approximately 3,700 sq.m, one of the largest hotel functional spaces in South East Asia, and offers the very best facilities for organising any kind of event. Our Meeting Rooms include a variety of kinds of functional rooms for multi-purpose events, such as the pillarless ballroom and an event hall, with a 3,000-guest capacity.
In addition, the venues have a Pre-functional area, which is in front of all of the meeting rooms (except the Palladium), which functions as a reception and registration area.
Mayfair Grand Ballroom
This pillarless ballroom with a 7.5 metre ceiling height and an area of 1,400 sq.m. can be utilised to create a reception atmosphere, with a capacity of up to 2,000 guests, combining the Grand Ballroom and Foyer. The venue, which perfectly fits any sort of large-scale event, has a variety of availabilities of arrangement; Cocktail party, Classroom, U-shape or Buffet, for example.

This 240 sq.m. ballroom with 7.5 m height is large enough to receive 60 to 250 guests. The pillarless space can be organised as a banquet hall or conference venue with a sophisticated design that will be professionally served by the best of our hospitality.

The largest functional venue of the hotel, this multi-purpose event hall of 1,600 sq.m. can manage an extraordinary atmosphere with a superior quality of drive-in loading access, catwalk and rigging capabilities. It is recommended for those wishing to organise a large-scale event such as a wedding, fair, or fashion show.

Chelsea Meeting Room
The Meeting Room on the 5th floor has an area of 85 sq.m., which fits 100 people maximum occupancy. Various styles of events are allowed with the capabilities of a service provider to assist guests, such as a cocktail party, theatre, banquet, or any others that you require.
Our ballroom on the 5th floor has an area of 140 sq.m. which is available for various capacities for personalising your event, whether in a formal or festive, sit-down, buffet or theatre setting.
