Another highlight is the Beef – which is grilled on a hot pan with a bit of butter, and then customers can specify how they would like it cooked, including 6 standard levels: blue-rare, rare, medium-rare, medium, done, and well-done along with varied tasteful dips such as Thousand Island sauce, Barbeque sauce, and Thai spicy sauce.
