Early Arrival / Late Departure Policy

Early Arrival: Check-in is at 3 PM. Early arrivals can store luggage and use facilities until rooms are ready. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur an extra fee.

Late Departure: Check-out is at 12 PM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and additional charges. For a guaranteed late check-out, please contact reception in advance.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellation details, please refer to the reservation page, your confirmation voucher, or contact our reservations team.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed in the hotel to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests.

Smoking Policy

We maintain a smoke-free environment:

  • Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and indoor areas.
  • Designated smoking areas are available outside.
  • A cleaning fee of THB 5,000 applies for smoking in non-smoking areas.

Child Policy

Extra Person: THB 1,300 charge for extra persons exceeding room occupancy.

Infants (0-4): Stay free when sharing a bed with parents, including breakfast if booked.

Children (5-11): Stay free with parents; breakfast is THB 250 net/night.

Children (12+): Considered adults for room occupancy.

Cribs/Rollaway Beds: Complimentary, subject to availability.

Supervision: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, especially in public areas and near the pool.

The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam Wins Bronze at Thailand Ultimate Housekeeping Challenge 2026

Khun Achara Chuenboonchu, General Manager of The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam, recently congratulated the hotel’s housekeeping and floral teams on their success at the Thailand Ultimate Housekeeping Challenge 2026, held at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani.

The team was awarded Bronze medals in both the Centerpiece Flower Arrangement Competition and the Creative Towel Folding Competition, presented under the theme “Thai Culture to the World,” reflecting their creativity and dedication to excellence in hospitality service.
