Please review the following guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience
Early Arrival / Late Departure Policy
Early Arrival: Check-in is at 3 PM. Early arrivals can store luggage and use facilities until rooms are ready. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur an extra fee.
Late Departure: Check-out is at 12 PM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and additional charges. For a guaranteed late check-out, please contact reception in advance.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellation details, please refer to the reservation page, your confirmation voucher, or contact our reservations team.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed in the hotel to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests.
Smoking Policy
We maintain a smoke-free environment:
- Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and indoor areas.
- Designated smoking areas are available outside.
- A cleaning fee of THB 5,000 applies for smoking in non-smoking areas.
Child Policy
Extra Person: THB 1,100 charge for extra persons exceeding room occupancy.
Infants (0-4): Stay free when sharing a bed with parents, including breakfast if booked.
Children (5-11): Stay free with parents; breakfast is THB 225 net/night.
Children (12+): Considered adults for room occupancy.
Cribs/Rollaway Beds: Complimentary, subject to availability.
Supervision: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, especially in public areas and near the pool.
